"The Greenamyre Family has been in business in the Leavenworth, Lansing area, and Fort Leavenworth area for over 100 years. Originally opened as a tinner's shop, the company grew into heating & cooling, home improvements, roofing, and eventually into real estate. Greenamyre Rentals, Inc. was established in 1965 by V.B. "Mac" Greenayre, and began with remodeling old homes and small commercial locations. Since then, their portfolio has grown to include multi-tenant apartment building, town home communities, residential sub-divisions, retail malls and strip centers, retail and office buildings, multi-story office buildings, and business parks.

Today, the company is headed by Mac's son, Mike Greenamyre, President, Greenamyre Rentals, Inc. Helping Mike run Greenamyre Rentals, Inc., is Jeremy Greenamyre, Vice-President; Daniel Greenamyre, Director of Maintenance; and Rich Holden, Commercial Operations. We are backed by a number of professionals, including our office staff, our 24/7 maintenance department, and construction crews."
